PTSD 2.0 covers the different types of trauma and PTSD, identifying symptoms and treatments for each, as well as distinguishing assessment instruments and therapies for PTSD. Anger and aggression, components of PTSD, are discussed in detail while examining anger management skills and therapies, and evaluating the symptoms and treatments for both PTSD and Complex PTSD.

PTSD 101: Hope and Healing: Trauma, Stress, and Overwhelming Events, Part   1
Laurel Shaler, Ph.D. Runtime: 55 minutes 10 seconds

Like the biblical examples given in this course, there is a purpose in suffering. Cases of trauma are discussed, while Dr. Shaler defines PTSD and its symptoms. This course concludes with assessing instruments and therapies for PTSD.

This lesson looks at different types of stress as a result of overwhelming life events. Anger and aggression are identified and defined to understand these emotions. Dr. Shaler concludes this course by discussing skills for managing anger and overwhelming emotions.

PTSD 103: Not All PTSD is Alike: Treatment of PTSD vs. Complex Trauma
Heather Davediuk Gingrich, Ph.D. Runtime: 50 minutes 26 seconds

This lesson deals with PTSD and Complex PTSD, as well as the treatment for both. Each type of trauma is discussed in detail, identifying similarities and differences between the two. Dr. Gingrich concludes by pinpointing aspects of Complex PTSD.
